The Terms of Service (this "Agreement") are entered into by Sawasdee Thai SPa. and the entity executing this Agreement ("You"). This Agreement governs Your use of the standard Sawasdee Spa Services (the "Service"). BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACT ON BEHALF OF, AND BIND TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT. In consideration of the foregoing, the parties agree as follows:
Availing Membership is a sole decision of the guests, either by registering the service through our website or by registering in person at the counter.
Guest/Customer/Clients agrees to pay the mentioned membership fees either by cash or paying it through debit/credits cards for availaing the membership.
There will be No refund of the membership amount or the outstanding amount, in case of cancellation of the membership.
Membership cancellation is to be given in written only through physically signed hard copy and we would provide you with an acknowledgement.
The charges mentioned in the website is excluding the Taxes.
Tax will be paid extra by the guest for availing the services as per the market standards.
There is no time limit or validity to avail the membership.
Guests can transfer the complete membership or a part or of a worth amount to their family members, relatives or friends. And accordingly, the amout will be deducted from the respective accounts.
Sawasdee has the sole rights to amend or modify the Membership policy Including the Charges, therapies, venue to sync with Business and Guests requirements or needs
The Membership plans and the charges are exclusively planned and executed by Sawasdee Spa Panel members and should not be copied by the competitors either partially or fully.
