The Terms of Service (this "Agreement") are entered into by Sawasdee Thai SPa. and the entity executing this Agreement ("You"). This Agreement governs Your use of the standard Sawasdee Spa Services (the "Service"). BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACT ON BEHALF OF, AND BIND TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT. In consideration of the foregoing, the parties agree as follows:
Guests/CustomerS/Clients can book a therapy either through our website or in person at the counter. In case of Counter booking the guest can make the payment in cash or by cards. However in case the booking is done online through our website, we would confirm and respond to you via mail. One the confirmation, the guest may avail Pay on Visit Option either prior to the appoinment date or on the date of appointment.
Discounts given is a sole decision of Sawasdee Spa based on the guests loyality, guests retention or any tangible cause for business enhancement and/or customer satisfaction.
Cancellation of the Booking has to be done in person so as to maintain the transparency and avoid any frauds by a third party. In case the payments was already done, there may not be refund. If a refund is given then it would be with a cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will be decided by the Sawasdee Spa Admin Members.
CustomerS or Guests can provide their feedback in person at the Counter with the Admin(s). We would try our best to act on the feedback provided there is a cause for business enhacement or customer satisfaction.
Guests or CustomerS or vistors can send a mail for complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org . On the same email ID, matters can be escalated in case the complaints are not resolved
